East Gloucester Contemporary

This property is located in East Gloucester, MA. There was an existing 5,000 sqft home on this property that we tore down. There were some challenges during the excavation of the new home’s foundation, as we found a lot of unsuitable dirt that had to be removed.

This house was designed with the clients’ “Golden Years” in mind. We made the entire house wheelchair accessible. This required installing a home elevator. There are also two areas to access the home without steps. This home has a beautiful low sloping back yard with exceptional views of the ocean. Where we were located near the ocean we took great care in protecting the homes exterior. The interior has a clean, crisp feel. There are a number of custom built ins throughout the home. Jason worked with the clients on many of the finishing touches. This is a great example of the High End Homes we take pride in building
