Exterior and Major Interior Renovation
This was a high end renovation with a lot of attention to detail. We completely gutted the first floor & room above the garage. The exterior renovation included removing then rebuilding the back deck as well as installing numerous architectural features on the exterior of the house including new exterior and garage doors.
The interior renovation was extensive. We installed a large steel beam on the first floor to open up the rooms. The kitchen was relocated from the back of the house to the front and fabricated & installed numerous custom built-ins including a bar above the garage with a custom wood ceiling. We took a lot of pride in this renovation, and the final result was a highly customized living space that has a huge “wow” factor.
