Major Seaside Renovation

This house started as a shingled style home with only a half of a second floor. When the owner contacted us she explained that she had already shown the project to numerous builders and was having a hard time finding a company that wanted to work on this house because it presented numerous challenges. We were excited about the project.

We started by completely gutting the first floor of the home and adding to the second floor so it was complete. The exterior is a combination of stucco and standing seam metal roofing and siding. We custom built the kitchens cabinets which feature a unique red finish. The details of this renovation are what helps make this home unique, including architectural features like a custom interior staircase built out of maple & Brazilian Cherry with open risers and finished with metal railings and stainless steel cables. The flooring is Brazilian Cherry in a herring bone design. We installed a custom glass awning over the front entrance and matched the glass from the front door to the custom window above it. This job took careful craftsmanship and great attention to detail and the end result was something we are proud to feature in our portfolio.
