Bartlett NH Getaway
This is a custom vacation home built in Bartlett, NH next to Attitash Ski Area for an existing client from Ipswich, MA. After the owners visited Jason Kamps’ own vacation home at Moosehead Lake they decided to use a similar design for their own home. Jason took his own design and worked with Josh to come up with a smaller design to fit the owner’s needs.
This is a three level home that has a finished basement are for the kids. The first floor has two bedrooms with an open concept Living Room & Kitchen with a high wooden ceiling & exposed beams to give it a lodge look. The third floor has a small open loft used as an office with a Master Suite. There is a large deck off of the Living Room that has a hot tub on it. This is an energy efficient home that gives the owners a great getaway year round.
