Jason Kamps Builders is excellent!

Jason Kamps, owner, is a man of the highest integrity; he does high quality work; and stands behind what he does. My wife and I trust him implicitly.

Additionally, he adds value during the construction process – he offers his experience, thoughts and ideas as a project proceeds, but is clearly mindful that all decisions ultimately rest with the customer. What motivates that proactive behavior is that he is very proud of his work!

He also works well with his subs and town inspectors – he earned the respect of the local inspectors even though Mr. Kamps came from a different state.

In the way of background, I had a fairly large and complex Lake House to be build. The first builder did not do the job expected by the middle of the project. My wife and I interviewed several builders to finish the job and selected Kamps Builders.

Jason Kamps entered the situation in the worst of all scenarios – a lot of the original work had to be redone and yet we expected the overall project to be completed quickly and with quality.

Because of the experience with the first builder, we wanted complete flexibility in moving forward or not moving forward at any time with Kamps Builders relative to the finishing of the house. Under this second contract that we signed, if, at any time, my wife or I were not satisfied we could terminate the contract for no reason. He committed to do a quality and timely job, at the signing of the contract and assured us that we would not be disappointed in any aspect of the job or his work – he fully lived up to that commitment!
