About This Project
This property is located in East Gloucester, MA. There was an existing 5,000 sq ft home on this property that we tore down in order to build this dream home. There were some challenges during the excavation of the new home’s foundation, but we love a challenge!
Project Description
This home was thoughtfully designed with the clients’ “Golden Years” in mind, prioritizing comfort, accessibility, and lasting quality. The entire residence is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring a home elevator and two step-free entrances for easy access. Nestled on a gently sloping lot, the property offers stunning ocean views from the backyard. Given its coastal location, extra care was taken to ensure the durability and protection of the exterior. Inside, the home exudes a clean, crisp aesthetic, with custom built-ins adding both character and functionality. Jason collaborated closely with the clients on many of the finishing details, resulting in a personalized and refined living space. This project is a proud example of the high-end homes we are known for building.
